From clinics and theatres we record personal name, address, date of birth, hospital numbers and clinical information which is stored in locked filing cabinets and any digital information is stored on a secured offline server behind a firewall. Copies of letters will also be provided to General Practitioners and the private hospital seen at.

When you interact with us on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above as well as to provide advice and clinical care.

Information is also collected over the phone and in clinic in order to offer you appropriate advice and treatment of medical conditions.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

Information collected over the website via messaging, emailing, phone calls and in clinic/theatres/hospitals are used in order to offer you appropriate advice and treatment of medical conditions and the organisation of tests/investigations and providing medical care.

We may share this information (with your consent) with general practitioners, other healthcare professions, private hospitals, and other third party organisations as you request or legally required to.

Information which is collected is stored in locked filing cabinets and any digital information is stored on a secured offline server behind a firewall. Information entered onto our website is processed as outlined above by Wix.com.
